The Course will be held during morning and afternoon sessions with a working lunch at the San Rafael Hospital of Madrid.  Full days, one a week for eight weeks during the months of October and November 2008.

Working sessions will be held in teams and with the case methodology.  The group of Professors have extensive experience in Business Schools and are headed up by Prof Luis Huete.

The Sessions are aimed at Doctors, especially those with surgical responsibilities who need to optimise the management of their activity, plan, incentivise their team members, improve processes, plan the future and find out about valuable business tools.
